Golf Lounge FAQ

The Golf Lounge is the perfect place to discover your inner Tiger Woods—or at least to avoid constantly sinking your golf balls in the water. Whether you're a beginner, a pro, or just looking for a good excuse for a drink, this is the place for you!

Not at all! We're prepared for everything – from the golf club swinger with a baseball swing to the "Where is the hole, anyway?" question. Just make sure no property damage or personal injury occurs. Do you need a golf instructor? We can certainly help you find one.

Clothes! (Please.) For the golf nerds among you: No dress code, but we celebrate polo shirts and stylish sneakers. And if you absolutely want to come in cargo pants—hey, we won't say anything.

Sure, if you guard your clubs like a treasure, bring them along! For everyone else, we have a great selection of rental clubs that are guaranteed not to have a personality crisis if you throw them in the grass.

Oh yes, we won't let you starve or die of thirst! Our trusted bar offers mineral water and a refreshing beer, as well as simple snacks that will improve your handicap (at least, that's how it feels).

First: Breathe. Then: Smile. We all started like this. And don't worry—the ball has no feelings. (Or so we think.)

Yes, plenty! Unfortunately, we don't have any at the moment. Let us know if you need support, and we'll help you find a suitable trainer.

Of course! Whether it's a birthday party, a company event, or just a place to chill – we have enough space and drinks to make everyone happy. Even that aunt who doesn't even know what golf is.

Then we warmly congratulate you on your career as a Golflounge legend. You can have your own T-shirt printed: " Golflounge Pro Golfer."

Spoiler alert: We'll do our best to get you in! Once you've made a reservation, you'll receive a QR code via email or in the app. This allows you to enter and exit during your booked time. It's good to know that the code is already activated 10 minutes before the current show time.

Don't panic, it's incredibly easy – press the red button and the simulator will start. Then you can immerse yourself in the Trackman world. After the game, simply press the red button again and the simulator will turn off. If you're unsure, just write to us at info@golfish.ch .

Yes, we have parking spaces, and so many that you won't have to fight with the golf caddy for the last available spot. There are designated visitor parking spaces in the garage that you can use. If you're really lucky, you might get one of the four coveted parking spaces right in front of the main entrance. NOTE: Parking is free, but you need an exit ticket, which you can find in our lounge.

You're welcome to play with your own balls. Please make sure you don't use marked balls. Ideally, you should also play with balls without any advertising imprints. This protects our screen, and we are infinitely grateful.

We don't recommend playing in groups larger than four people. Of course, you can also throw golf balls at the screen alone, in groups of two, or three.

Very easy:

· Drink drinks.

· Turn off the simulator using the red button.

· Make sure it looks as tidy as when you found the golf lounge.

· Pack your things together and please don't take any golf balls as souvenirs – we really love them.

· Bring an exit ticket for the parking garage (unless you were lucky enough to park in front of the main entrance).

When you stand in front of the exit door:

· Turn around and take one last look at the golf lounge for the day

Say the words “See you soon!”

· Wipe away the tear on your right cheek

· Turn off the light.
